A full slate of solo piping and drumming, quartet, drum fanfare, and pipe band competitions will be offered on both days of the highland games. As such, the quality of performers in solo bagpiping and drumming competitions, bagpipe bands, fiddling, traditional scottish athletics and scottish highland dancing is at an extremely high.
