I played visage before madison, so i like visage more, but where visage was spread thin, madison kept the story tight, had creepier moments, and the end was way more. Madison on paper is a lot like visage. I played visage before madison, so i like visage more, but where visage was spread thin, madison kept the story tight, had creepier moments, and the end was way more. If you have vr, madison is about to drop in vr mode soon enough.

I would say a close third for me is the mortuary assistant. But if you're looking for a more modern and up to date. It's scary and unnerving but not outright.
